Choosing the Right Realtor®
What would be the most important attributes that you look for in a Realtor®? Finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful, "wish I had chosen someone else" experience.
Would you want an agent ready and able to make a fulltime commitment to you? I can and will do that. This is not a hobby or a second job, this is my career. In other words, this is how "I feed the family"! Do you really want to depend on someone who works part-time for "the extra money"?
Would you want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc? With my years of experience in the local market (since 1989), I have the expertise and track record of success you need.
How about an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch? How did you find me? Exactly!
